L Founded by Kevin Libby in 1991, A Top En-counter is Certified in all major brands of solid acrylic surfaces. Located in Huntington Beach California we have gained a strong reputation in the community for excellence of quality fabrications as well as superior customer service. Kevin has over 20 years' experience fabricating solid surface as does Martin Mitchell, our head fabricator. It's hard to find 40 years of combined experience in any other solid surface shop of our size! We are a family owned business that specializes primarily in residential installations and would like to stay small enough to keep our standards high while providing our customer with the conveniences of a larger business. 98% of our business is based on referrals who are happy not only with their countertops, but the quality of workmanship and service they received during the process.
